If anyone registers a domain name that is the same as, or similar to, one of your trade marks or trade names as a .com, .info, .biz, .org or other generic top level domain name, we can advise you whether, and, if so, how, you can get it back through the ICANN UDRP (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) for a fixed fee.

Similarly, if anyone registers a domain name that is the same or similar to one of your registered trade marks, trade names or other name in which you have rights as a .co.uk, .plc.uk, .ltd.uk, .org.uk or other .uk domain name, we can advise you whether, and, if so, how,  you can get it back through Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service for a fixed fee.

Conversely, If someone brings, or threatens to bring, a complaint against you under the UDRP, DRS or other domain name dispute resolution service, we can advise you for a fixed fee whether you can resist the complaint and what you should do.

We can represent you in UK, Swiss and other domain name dispute resolution service mediations for a fixed fee.

We can draft complaints, responses and other statements of case, and correspondence for you in the UDRP, Nominet, Czech Arbitration Court and other domain name dispute resolution proceedings, again for a fixed fee.

Where a right of appeal exists (as in the Nominet domain name dispute resolution service) we can advise you of your prospects of success, suggest tactics and draft all necessary paperwork for a negotiated fee.

We can represent you in the English courts in trade mark infringement, passing off or other proceedings for a negotiated fee.
